Vierstöckiges Eckgebäude. Arhitelt: Antal Grioni. Baujahr: 1906-1908. - Üllői Straße 66 a = Nagy Templom Straße 36, Stadtviertel Corvin-negyed, VIII. Bezirk von Budapest.
English:
Four-storey, corner building with multistorey bay windows. Architect: Antal Grioni. Built in between 1906 and 1908. This building was part of the Thék Furniture, Piano and Building Construction Factory. The owner Endre Thék ordered to build two finely stucco decorated corner buildings #66a and #66c replacing the former workers apartments houses, architect: Antal Grioni in between 1906 and 1908. In between these two houses stand the factory building (#66b), now here is also an apartment building, probably the factory damaged/destroyed in WWII. - 66 a Üllői Avenue = 36 Nagy Templom Street, Corvin neighbourhood, 8th district of Budapest.

Thék Endre (1842-1919) asztalosmester 1885-ben megvette Tausig József üllői úti Bútorkézműzeti Gyárát ebből lett a Thék Endre Bútor, Zongora és Épületmunkák Gyára Részvénytársaság. A jelenlegi épületegyüttes 1906 –1908 között épült, Grioni Antal tervezte, feltehetően az eredeti épületeket (1868-as "munkáslakóház" építési terv) lebontották. Három épület épült, Üllői út 66/a., 66/b. és 66/c., két stukkódíszes sarokház és közte a gyár. A 66/b szám helyén most egy 20. század 2. felében épült, két lépcsőházas lakóépület áll. - Budapest, Józsefváros, Corvin-negyed,Üllői út 66 a = Nagy Templom utca 36.
