English: An aircraft rescue firefighter sprays down an AV-8B Harrier with jets of water to put out any last remnants of a fire during a training exercise at Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field Bogue, N.C., Sept. 14. The mission of aircraft rescue firefighters is to save lives and property. Sgt. Keith Molinary, the training chief of the Marine Wing Support Squadron 271 aircraft rescue firefighters, said it is useful to train alongside the rest of the squadron to get everyone on the same page. |
