Description
English: Your safety on the road largely depends on the car's top daytime running lights! 
The purpose of the lights is not to help the driver see the road, but to help others see the moving car.
The higher the daytime running lights are located on the car body, the greater the safety factor for the driver and the outside world. And the lower the lights are to road level, the more useless they are.
Русский: Ваша безопасность на дороге во многом зависит от автомобильных верхних дневных ходовых огней! 
Задача огней не в том, чтобы помочь водителю видеть дорогу, а в том, чтобы помочь окружающим увидеть движущийся автомобиль.
Чем выше дневные ходовые огни располагаются на кузове автомобиля, тем больше коэффициент безопасности для водителя и окружающего мира. И чем ниже огни располагаются к уровню дороги, тем более бесполезными они являются.
