Related Work: depicts Stone Arch Bridge, designed by Charles C. Smith (American engineer, ), built 1882-1883 and Third Avenue Bridge designed by Frederick William Cappelen (American civil engineer, 1857-1921), built 1914-1918.

Work_Description: No. 3B-H1439; published by Curt Teich Co., Chicago, in "Art Colortone" linen texture. The postcard is a hand-colored version after a black and white photograph taken ca. 1939 showing the Chicago-bound "Twin Cities 400" streamliner operated by the Chicago & North Western Railroad. Inscription Display: Caption on front. The reverse includes the following additional information: "This well known Stone Arch Bridge is located just below historic St. Anthony Falls. Third Avenue Bridge is shown in the background."
