"Mud and Wattle School at Njuyu, Livingstonia" Malawi, ca.1895
Image of a mud and wattle school at Njuyu. The school building is built from mud and wattle and has a thatched roof. The school has a small door and two windows to the front. There is a hill in the background and trees on a hillock to the right.; Livingstonia was founded in 1894 by missionaries from the Free Church of Scotland. The town of Livingstonia is located in the Northern Region district of Rumphi in Malawi. The Synod of Livingstonia covers all of northern Malawi.
