  • Site History. House Architecture: Original house by Jacob Wray Mould, 1868, with changes by Benjamin Stern after purchasing the property in 1906. Landscape: Achille Duchêne for Benjamin Stern, from 1906. Other: Original house was called "Wenlo-on-the-Bay". Today: House, with significant alternations, survives; the garden has been subdivided.
  • On slide (handwritten): "S" and "Stern, Mrs. Benj." Also, red stroke mark.
