  •  Question Should we replace this picture with a version where i was putting sunglasses on the peoples faces to make them more irrecognizable. Just to make shure for having a clear personal rights status. What do you think? --Richard Bartz 22:16, 4 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
    • As far as i know German law works like this: It is allowed to make and puplish pictures of people, wich are made in public places. You dont have to ask them. But they have the right to protest against the picture and then you have to "unpuplish" it.--Simonizer 07:47, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
      • Unfortunatelly it is not that easy. In my opinion it is allowed to publish pictures of groups (more than 6 persons) - so to publish this picture is totally ok. If you pick out one person with a zoom you have to ask if it is ok to publish the photo. Of course the persons have to be in a public place ..but according to some websites a person sitting in a cafe can already be a private situation and then you are not allowed to make the photo at all. In the end it always depends on who interprets a situation or a photo. --AngMoKio 10:34, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
