Review (criteria)	Info - I have decided to keep the scope at the genus level because all Haematopota species share the characteristic features shown in the picture: the patterned wings, the colourful eyes and the blade-like mouth parts, used to draw blood from mammals. -- Alvesgaspar (talk) 17:23, 19 August 2010 (UTC)  Support Good depth of field, good lighting, and shows the colorful eyes and wing patterns better than File:Haematopota_pluvialis01.jpg, which is otherwise very good.
