Reason	Best photograph we have of this russian explorer of the siberian Far East (The Tzar gave him the permission to add the title "of Tyan Shan" to his name), botanist, entomologist, geographer etc... He was leader of the Russian Imperial Geographical Society during more than 40 years. Very decent image, with a good size, well detailed. Restored by me.
