Question I'm struggling with this one. Does the location matter and create a distinct scope? We have a bunch of these images, some better than others. The guy to the rear isn't using such an instrument. What makes this one more valued than say, File:Yanshantu traditional music group used as town announcers in Rimi Gado LGA in Kano state.jpg which is well-photographed, for the wider scope? •  Comment @Ikan Kekek: While the instrument is portable although it is bulky. In addition, it can be played anywhere just like most musical instruments, but there remains a specific instrument for the music in South Africa and Zimbawe. Which explains why I offered it as a Valued image candidates. Best regards.--Pierre André (talk) 22:13, 25 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment OK, I'm beginning to get it here. The musicians and the location together make this arguably valued. Fine. But the linked scope is not to either. There's a case to be made for creating a subcategory of both, Category:Musiciennes Ndebele, of which some could be Musical instruments made of horn, and that makes the scope defensible. That leaves whether the image of two standing musicians in portrait mode is more valuable than this nominated landscape mode, and I'll leave that with you to consider.
