This one is anonymous folk art, and free of copyright. It is from the early 1950s, so it would be in the public domain anyway. I think that the only other contender is File:Peinture murale (Palais du Fort Meherangarh, Jodhpur) (8418402841).jpg, which is from the 18th century. `Result: 1 support, 0 oppose => promoted.
