Reason	Good shot of rolling stock of Ukraine/Russia - electric locomotive ChS2. This kind of locomotives are pulling quite big compositions and are also biger than we are used to in Western Europe, also gauge is wider there. Not geocoded <----> rolling stock. -- Mile (talk)
Review (criteria)	Comment Good but: Notes on the image, could be removed. Geocoding the location of the shooting seems useful and should not be a problem. There is no direct link with the image, you have to go to vote by the redirection.
