Reason New character in "Commons". Had an article, but no illustration. This man was a journalist as first, republican, anti-clericalist and anti-bonapartist. Then, he became historian, specialized in the History of the French Revolution (the wars of Vendée). He is a good representative of a french school of thought in the second half of the 19th-century. Picture by fr:Étienne Carjat, restored by me. No geocode, it is a homework. -- Jebulon (talk)
