Oppose - Very noisy and small. Please have a look at bird pictures that are currently FPs, if you haven't already done so. Those represent the standard to meet to get another bird picture featured. I don't think this photo would be promoted to Quality Image, if nominated at COM:QIC, and it's very unlikely a bird picture of less than solidly excellent sharpness and clarity on the bird would be featured, unless there's something extremely unusual about the bird or view.
