In general, I would not read too much into the EXIF time and location of photos. GPS locations are often quite inaccurate, if not corrected in post with the help of a good map, and camera clocks are often not exact – for example, I do not care much about the time setting of my cameras, so the EXIF time of my photos is often off by an hour or more :–).
