- Oppose Too harsh contrast between highlights (blown parts of the window) and shadows, try HDR. --A.Savin 20:06, 1 April 2013 (UTC)
- I'm not found of HDR pictures (looks unnatural to me), I don't really want to try it. One of the points of this picture is to show the contrast that does exist between the sun-bathed tainted glass that illuminate the retable and the parts of the church that remain in the shadow. IMHO, it would be a distortion of reality to make an equally exposed picture. --EdouardHue (talk) 20:33, 1 April 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose While the objective may be to show the contrast between the illuminated parts and the shadow, there should really be some detail in the shadow areas and I doubt anyone would suggest the whole image be equally exposed, I certainly would not. More importantly most of the stained glass window highlights are blown out and ruin the image even if you accept the high contrast. Ww2censor (talk) 21:17, 1 April 2013 (UTC)
- Here is a new version with more details in the shadow - they come at the cost of some noise in the lower right corner, albeit stronger noise reduction. Can't do much for the highlights though, as it was a sunny white sky outside. --EdouardHue (talk) 20:51, 2 April 2013 (UTC)
- Unfortunately for me the window highlights are still a major problem even though the shadow detail has improved a little. Ww2censor (talk) 08:18, 3 April 2013 (UTC)

- Oppose by A. Savin. HDR had produced a much better result. --Tuxyso (talk) 12:54, 6 April 2013 (UTC)
