| Description |
English: USPTO notification of non-final rejection of patent application number 10/912863 Jones, Jack A. in light of the prior art of patent application 10/426908. The application of Jack A. Jones was judged not to be different and thus patentable in light of the earlier invention of Eric B. Cole in his application 10/426908. Non-final rejection notifications allow the inventor to submit arguments to counter the judgement of the patent examiner. Where no counter-arguments are submitted within the specified timeframe, the application is specified as being abandoned by the applicant. Jones, Jack A. failed to repond to the non-final rejection notice in light of his application being the same as the method invented by Cole, Eric B. and the application was abandoned. |
